Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return eligible items within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items, such as [list non-returnable items, e.g., personalized items, perishable goods, gift cards], are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
